The cleanliness of the room was disappointing with visible dust and leftover items from previous guests. Breakfast options were severely lacking as many items were gone by the time we arrived. The bed sofa was too small for our teenage kids.

The room was beautifully designed and immaculate, the staff was amicable! The bus stop was 15 minutes' walk away.

Clean and spacious rooms with a comfortable bed. The coffee maker in the room was a nice touch, nice for a fresh brew anytime. Breakfast offered a great variety that catered to dietary needs, especially the delicious options that everyone seemed to enjoy. The check-in process was confusing. We experienced delayed room readiness and had to wait longer than expected. The breakfast timing was also inconsistent, frustrating. Though I appreciated the helpful service from the receptionist, some other staff interactions felt lacking. The place has potential but needs better coordination and attention to cleanliness.

The meeting rooms available were suitable for our events, nice for effective communication and collaboration. Quick check-in process facilitated a smooth arrival after a long journey, and the room was well-equipped with a small kitchen. It provided a good balance between comfort and functionality, particularly for business travelers.

The so-called fitness center is a joke, just a tiny room with old machines. I almost gave this hotel a good review, but I couldn't when my room wasn't cleaned properly the entire stay, and I was talked to like I was some unimportant problem. My, oh my, so confusing to get bad service in a modern place.

The proximity to the Dachau Memorial site was an important highlight of my stay, facilitating an impactful and easy visit.

One noticeable drawback was the lack of a proper workspace. Instead of a desk, there was just a small shelf , made it challenging to get any work done.

The hotel exceeded my expectations during a luxurious holiday in dachau, especially with its really good cleanliness and great location near munich. I loved the unique decor and friendly atmosphere that trademark hotels always provide.

I had a great stay! The room was spacious enough for my family, and having a small kitchen made meal prep so easy. However, we found some towels left behind from the previous guests, which was a bit off-putting. I would definitely come back again!

Really nice rooms and location. Wi-fi was spotty and the fitness center was underwhelming.

I loved how convenient it was to visit the Dachau Concentration Camp Memorial Site, just a little over a mile away, and I also enjoyed the serene views at Karlsfelder See, located about 2.5 kilometers from the hotel, perfect for an afternoon stroll.

Recommend it for families wanting comfort

The beds were super comfortable and the room, despite its strange layout, gave us some space to breathe. The breakfast was better than I expected, my daughter really enjoyed it even if I didn't eat much!

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but still acceptable given the comfort level.
